Robert Marko 4fa4766986 qualcommbe: kiwi: include Realtek PHY kmod and RTL8261N firmware 
Since 6.18 RTL8261N support was added to the generic Realtek PHY driver
and was dropped from the downstream driver.

So, fix the missing RTL8261N support by including the Realtek PHY kmod
and the relevant firmware.
