Kenneth Kasilag ea57b794fc qualcommbe: use kernel 6.18 by default and drop 6.12 ... Switch the qualcommbe target to use kernel 6.18 and drop 6.12. Kernel 6.18 for qualcommbe resolves some issues regarding PCS support and reduces maintenance load maintaining two kernel branches.
