117c09f4cd chore: convert aurelio-theia and aurelio-vscode to git submodules

Details 
- Both repos migrated and pushed to code.portugalfuturista.org (Forgejo):
  - aurelio-theia @ b4d6532: full port of replica research/chat/knowledge/brain
    features into @aurelio/* packages + ACP/backend WIP committed
  - aurelio-vscode @ 28d4a7f: React escola scaffold + services layer merged
    into main alongside Svelte webviews
- .gitignore: drop extensions/aurelio-vscode ignore rules (now a submodule)
- CI: build workflow triggers on submodule pointer + checks out submodules
- AGENTS.md: document submodule layout
