Multiple esil changes for x86_cs
...
- getarg() now supports and extra "set operation" argument to ease esil opcodes writing
- getarg() calls refactored to support new argument
- The generation of some esil opcodes now use the "extra set operation" from getarg()
- rep movs* now uses the new DUP esil instruction
- rep movs* bugfix: ZF was being used instead of DF as direction flag
- Partial idiv support: update flags and signedness handling is pending
- Added some missing registers in reg-linux-x64.h
