af0a865d9f WIP - Totally remove host endianness dependence 
- Adds endian aware functions
- Removes references to host endian
- Uses binary detected endianness else tries LE and restricts by RAsmPlugin
- Fixes gdb debugger endianness when debugging BE qemu gdbserver

288763f69a Count hex digits as numbers in parse filter 
Without this we chop off number operands as soon as a hex digit is seen.

Also fix and use a previously unused macro.

$r renamed to $m (memref)
