10de21de7e RBin: fix PE and ELF versioninfo 
PE parser is now able to get the StringTable value even if the
wValueLength of the structure is incorrect.

Fix a regression with ELF versioninfo.

312f72ac01 Fix #4020 - ROP: Find gadgets from all offsets 
End gadgat instruction may be part of a different
isntruction, depends on starting offset. Therefore,
rop searching should try some starting offsets that
are smaller than the previous end gadgat.

8fa47870b2 core/disasm: at should not depend on i, that is used as index for buf 
"i" was reset to 0 when the buffer is moved, so "at" pointed back to an
already printed instruction. With this patch "at" is calculated based on
"k", a new index that is never reset and simply indicates the delta from
the starting address.

flags: remove r_flag_set_name API because not consistent

some rework in order to handle mach message as mach_exc_server and alike does

d9e77ca0d1 xnu: first series of patches to use mach exceptions 
* use set_trace_bit and clear_trace_bit macros

* use PT_ATTACHEXC since PT_ATTACH will be deprecated in the future
and we are interested in receiving mach exceptions

* first attempt to handle mach exceptions

* api change: added a parameter to r_core_setup_debugger
at least in OS X this function was producing double attachment.
I've added a boolean value to indicate when use dpa.

* added pipe to communicate between main process and traced process
by far this is not a good implementation. We should develop a better
approach/design to save all the exceptions and handle them accordingly.
This is the initial implementation

* bring back ptrace for stability and in order to merge this into master

c33af2d540 Added real telescoping. 
Right now, the telescoping works only one level deep: something points to something. This commit adds recursive telescoping, similar to gdp-peda's.

8ff4b566b3 Fix stack configuration options in visual debug mode 
Re-enable the cmd.stack and stack.{anotated,size,delta,bytes}
configuration options, which were previously overwritten before every
refresh by the default format string.
For this, integrate the dbg.slow option into the general debug format
configuration.

2c3fdba551 Fix for bug 3788 
- `r_io_read` calls `r_io_read_at` with vaddrs, and not with maddr
- `r_io_section_maddr_to_vaddr` uses a reverse iterator to check the
  sections
- adds `r_io_section_mget_prev`: this function can be removed if the
  behavior of `r_io_section_mget` is changed to use a reverse iterator

    This seems to be the "correct" patch...

    ...but it breaks some tests... apprently searches a few bytes

* add :cmd and / commands to the help
* use r to refresh the whole graph, not only update the layout
* use pd instead of pi in callgraph mode
* remove 'O' and 'p' commands
* use 's'/'S' instead of 'z'/'Z' for step/step over
* use page up/down to go to the top/bottom of the graph
* use 'C' to toggle asm.comments
* remove 'c' because it will be used for the cursor inside a node (TODO)
* remove 'e' because diagonal lines are broken
* use 'p'/'P' to switch between print modes (normal, normal with offset
  and bytes, esil, esil with offset and bytes, small nodes)

eb35438bab core/graph: remove 'b' and only use 'u' and 'U' to move between nodes 
Now, every time you change the current node, you are actually seeking
that node. 'b' is not really necessary anymore and it's also confusing.
Also, if you change the seek while in graph mode, the graph will be
updated automatically to select the right node.
