Due to some commands/tests still using the legacy "..." commands, we
can't fully remove oldshell code yet, but with this patch we just hide
it from the end users. Rzshell is now the default and only shell and
rzshell autocompletion is the default and only autocompletion engine.

On thumb/arm, the current analysis->bits value may not be equal to the
bitness of code that a breakpoint is supposed to be set to. This caused
software breakpoints to be created with incorrect data.
Now the bits for an address is queried by bp through a callback instead
of using a global bp->bits value which would usually correspond to the
current seek, but not the breakpoint addr.
* Show group-level details of commands
Details can be defined at either a group command or its subcommand of
the same name. If define on group-level it will also be shown in the
group help without needing ??.

Extras plugin should be treated as any other regular plugin, they should
not have their own directory. I believe we did not have anyway any
plugin using that directory.
* Do not use `<version>` in `/usr/share`
Users can only install one version of Rizin at a time anyway, thus
splitting the `/usr/share/rizin` directories does not really bring
multi-version install possible. At the same time, we stick to what's
common for other tools, which do not use version in `/usr/share`
* Move plugin directory to `/usr/lib64/rizin/plugins`
