Riccardo Schirone 27e135b5d5 Replace RSA-MD licenses-code for MD5 with LGPL one
Get the MD5 code from
https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/blob/v1.1.x/src/lib/md5.c
which is LGPL and it has fewer integration problems with the other
licenses.
