Indan Zupancic 8502701926 FPU: Rename fpuThreadDelete to fpuRelease ... It's not only used when deleting a thread any more. Swapping fpuRelease and dissociateVCPUTCB makes no practical difference as they are independent, but it simplifies verification slightly.
