Fábio Cunha 6dd757b1b8 feat(hw): extract structured BOM data with JLCPCB CSVs for all versions 
- Add extract_bom.py to parse EasyEDA Pro .epro files into structured JSON
- Add generate_jlcpcb_bom.py to produce JLCPCB-compatible CSV BOMs
- Extract BOM data for all board versions (v2.3–v2.8)
- Generate JLCPCB assembly-ready CSVs with LCSC part numbers
- Add savearth_hw_knowledge.json cross-version component database
