Plan: Full Ecosystem Audit via Deep Research

Task

Run the deep-research workflow to produce a comprehensive audit report on two Portugal Futurista repositories:

  1. replica-omnisciente — centralized brain + agent orchestration hub
  2. nervura-electrica — self-hosted infrastructure

Scope: architecture, tech stack, security posture, operational health, CI/CD reliability, sync infrastructure, dependencies, exposed secrets, permission issues, and recommendations.

Approach

  1. Exit plan mode to enable file writes
  2. Create workspace: research/pt-futurista-audit/
  3. Write brief.md with the refined question and angles
  4. Spawn parallel research sub-agents (standard depth = 3-5 agents):
    • F1: replica-omnisciente architecture & tech stack
    • F2: replica-omnisciente security posture (secrets, permissions, attack surface)
    • F3: nervura-electrica architecture & infrastructure health
    • F4: Cross-repo integration: sync, CI/CD, MCP servers, Proxmox targets
    • F5: Dependency audit & operational risks
  5. Read findings, check for gaps, run follow-up if needed
  6. Write REPORT.md with inline citations
