Full re-index of the replica-omnisciente ecosystem after the creation of the Aurélio Brain web dashboard and conclusion of the session that transformed media-explorer into a professional research tool.

Structural Integrity

✅ Git working tree is clean (3 atomic commits applied).
✅ No orphaned files or broken references in the .aurelio/ system.

⚠️ realms/ only contains OpenAgentsControl/ — other realms referenced in memory/index.md use the old .agent/realms/ path convention. Alignment pass recommended.
