Task: Arquivo de Orpheu & Knowledge Ecosystem

  • [x] Phase 1: Container Infrastructure (nervura-electrica)

    • [x] Create Proxmox provisioning script (create-pf-arquivo-de-orpheu.sh) for the new isolated container.
    • [x] Setup basic Zettelkasten/Obsidian folder structure synced via Git.

  • [x] Phase 2: Aurelio Extension & Quarkdown (replica)

    • [x] Import iamgio/quarkdown into the VS Code extension (replica/extensions/aurelio-vscode).
    • [x] Configure Quarkdown math renderers (KaTeX/MathJax support) to meticulously render Calculus, Electrical Theory, and Neural Network math equations.
    • [x] Add the visual "Knowledge Setting" toggles (Anna's Archive, Arxiv) and API key inputs into controlCenterPanel.ts.

  • [ ] Phase 3: Interactive PDF Visualization (replica)

    • [ ] Embed a pdf.js-based viewer inside an Aurelio webview.
    • [ ] Develop highlighting and text-selection overlay.
    • [ ] Implement exporting of highlights to Markdown format inside the Zettelkasten.

  • [ ] Phase 4: Gabinete Search & Batch Downloading (nervura-electrica/pf-gabinete)

    • [ ] Implement official Anna's Archive JSON API integration.
    • [ ] Build the "Download all references" recursive citation resolver algorithm.
