riscv64-linux-gnu- is supposed to be semantically equivalent to riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu- but the names don't indicate whether the toolchains have multilib support. At time of this commit, riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu- is the default name given to the multilib-capable riscv-toolchian installed via https://github.com/riscv/riscv-gnu-toolchain.git so leaving it as a higher priority.
